01 Eligibility & Account Rules
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with ban99. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not restricted in your jurisdiction.
One account per person
Each player may hold only one active ban99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If we detect more than one account linked to the same device, IP address, bKash number or NID, all accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending review.
Accurate registration details
You must enter your real name, date of birth and a working mobile number when registering. ban99 reserves the right to ask for proof of these details at any time, especially before processing your first withdrawal.
Account security
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials private. ban99 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
02 Deposits & Payment Methods
ban99 accepts deposits in Bangladesh Taka (৳) only. Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match your registered account name — are not accepted and will be reversed.

Deposits credited in error must be reported immediately. Using funds you know were incorrectly credited constitutes a breach of these terms.
03 Withdrawals & Daily Limits
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,300. Standard withdrawals reach your mobile wallet within 4 minutes of approval.

04 Bonus Policy & Wagering
All bonuses issued by ban99 — including the first deposit bonus, reload bonus and cashback — are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonuses that are not wagered within the validity window expire automatically. Wagering progress is tracked in the "My Bonuses" section of your account. ban99 reserves the right to void bonuses if the system detects abuse — for example, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
05 KYC & Identity Verification
ban99 performs Know Your Customer checks before releasing your first withdrawal. The review typically takes up to 6 hours. You will need to submit one of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Valid Passport
- Driving Licence
Documents must be clear, unexpired and match the name on your ban99 account exactly. If your name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, etc.) differs from your NID, you will also need to provide a brief explanation. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in account restrictions.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games on ban99 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Spribe, Red Tiger, Playtech, CQ9 and Pragmatic Play. Each game's RTP and paytable are governed by the provider. Results are determined by certified random number generators.
Betting limits
Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet. For example, Texas Hold'em (Spribe) allows bets from ৳1 up to ৳50,000 per round. Always check the in-game information panel before placing a large bet.
Disconnections
If your connection drops mid-game, the round outcome is determined by the server. ban99 is not liable for losses caused by network interruptions on your end. Bets that were confirmed by the server before disconnection stand as placed.
System errors
In the event of a software malfunction that produces an obviously incorrect result (such as a payout that is clearly inconsistent with the published RTP), ban99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.
07 Account Suspension & Closure
ban99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or identity theft
- Use of automated bots, scripts or other software to gain an unfair advantage
- Collusion with other players
- Failure to complete KYC within the required period
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
If your account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after a full investigation, at ban99's discretion.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or emailing [email protected]. All open bets will be settled according to normal rules before the account is closed.
08 Player Protection
ban99 is committed to responsible gaming. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a deposit limit, a cooling-off period, or a self-exclusion at any time through our 24/7 Live Chat.
Players who self-exclude cannot reopen their account during the exclusion window. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the agreed period.
